Nothing in this Service, its outputs, its dashboards, its backtest reports, or its documentation constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. The Service is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or fiduciary.
You can lose the entire amount allocated to this Service. Cryptocurrency markets are extraordinarily volatile, can move faster than any human or bot can react, and have historically experienced sudden drawdowns of 50-99%. Only deploy capital that you can afford to lose entirely.
Once enabled, the Service's bots may place, modify, and cancel orders at any time of day or night, on weekends, and during holidays. They may continue trading during periods of extreme volatility, exchange outages, or partial network failures. You remain responsible for monitoring your account and disabling bots if needed.
Historical win rates, strategy scores, and pattern statistics shown in the dashboard are based on past market data. They may be affected by survivorship bias, overfitting, data errors, or simple regime change. The market you face tomorrow is not the market that was backtested yesterday. Treat every historical metric as informational only.
Every order placed through the Service is placed on your behalf using your own API keys on your own Binance account. The Service does not custody funds. You are the legal and beneficial owner of the account, the positions, and every profit or loss that results.
If your Binance API keys, your account credentials, or the device on which you access the Service are compromised, an attacker could execute trades on your behalf, drain your balance via market orders, or (if you wrongly enabled withdrawal permissions) transfer funds off the exchange. Always use trading-only API keys, restrict them by IP where possible, and rotate them regularly.
A strategy that was profitable for months can become rapidly unprofitable due to regime shifts, liquidity shocks, regulatory announcements, exchange outages, or coordinated market manipulation. Continuous supervision of the bots, their budget allocations, and overall account risk is your responsibility.
